It would be really cool if you could add Zimbra to the list of supported webmail services.

  2. Gareth says:

    Hi Anthony,

AFAIK Zimbra is an alternative system to MS Exchange and not a global webmail service. Zimbra would be installed specifically for your organisation.

I will not add an organisation specific configuration to Mailfrom, but the roadmap does have a feature to add custom services. I will post to the blog once this is available.

    Cheers,
    Gareth

Hi Anthony, I’m getting a -261 error: Invalid file hash (possible download corruption) when I try to install from addons.moz… Don’t know if it’s just me, or the site, or temporary, but I thought you might want to know.

Thanks for making what looks to be a very useful addon. -Jim

  4. Jim says:

Of course I meant Gareth… brain buffer got overwritten by exogenous data. My apologies.

    Cheers,
    -Jim

      Hi Kevin ;)

Thank you for letting me know. I’ll take a look. I think AMO sometimes has these problems, but they tend to sort themselves out after a few hours.

      Cheers,
      Gareth

I’m sure that the MailFrom is a good extension, however, I’m unable to see the contents of the preference window to even set it up. All I get is a blank dialog box. Using FireFox 2.0.0.20 on Mac OS X. What’s the fix?

  6. frank says:

hi. love your addon but i’m also getting bad file hash error when I try to install.

    Frank

    • Gareth says:

Hi Frank, I assume you mean installing from addons.mozilla.org. This bad file hash has something to do with their website and is outside my control. I’m sorry I can’t be of more help, but if you try again in a few days, the download will probably work.

      Cheers,
      Gareth
